Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Beeches Residential Care Home in Northfield, Birmingham, to support the Home Manager and deliver compassionate, personalised care.

This 40-hour-per-week role offers £40,144 per annum, a positive culture, strong resident relationships, engaging activities, and opportunities for professional growth within Sanctuary Care.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting.
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others.
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships.
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment.
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care.
