Job summary

Join Early Years – The Organisation for Young Children as a Deputy Manager in Enniskillen. Location: Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre. Hours: 37 hours per week, variable pattern.

Salary £29,290.62 - £31,714.79 per annum pro rata. You will lead daycare services, drive quality early education, and partner with families to support children’s growth. We seek candidates with QCF Level 5 in Management, two years’ experience in early years, and prior supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Childcare Learning and Development (Management) required.
• BA in Early Years Childhood Studies or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience in early years settings.
• Minimum two years’ experience in an early years environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day delivery of daycare services in Enniskillen.
• Ensure high quality, inclusive early education and safeguarding practices.
• Collaborate with families to promote positive parenting and parent involvement.
• Extend play experiences to achieve positive early outcomes for children.
