The Bridge Tap, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager to inspire the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at the Borough Market area in London. You will work with the General Manager to implement the venue’s vision and maintain high standards.

You will lead by example, foster an inclusive, welcoming environment, and drive performance across service, beer, cocktails, and sport-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to sale of alcohol.
• Hospitality/retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager and work with them to deliver the venue vision.
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures across the shift.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel valued.
