Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a refurbished dining pub and restaurant near Daventry. You will oversee front-of-house operations, support the General Manager, and develop junior staff.

A 45-hour week with two days off and shifts including one Friday or Saturday evening off offers a balanced schedule. The role rewards a salary package around £38k–£45k plus tips and bonus, with meals on duty, parking, and career development opportunities in a rural setting

Our client is recruiting a Deputy Manager for their refurbished country dining pub and restaurant which is re-opening this September. This is an opportunity to develop your career and is a role suitable for someone with a management experience in a busy operation. The Pub is popular with locals and people looking for an elevated dinining experience. You will work the restaurant floor along with the bar, and taking reservations. The role is working 45 hours a week with 2 full days off plus one of either Friday or Saturday evening off each week.The owner is looking for a personable and outgoing candidate who can communicate with guests daily. The pub is in a rural location near Daventry & Banbury so you will need your own transport.
