£30,000 - £35,000 | 40 hours/week | Flexible working options available

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join one of our small, caring nursery's in Tunbridge Wells. With just 24 children enrolled, the setting is warm, personal, and deeply committed to child-led learning.

You'll support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead a small team, and uphold our core ethos: every child is unique, constantly learning in different ways and at different times.

They promote inclusion, the child's voice, and create nurturing, play-based environments where children thrive emotionally and developmentally.

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 or above (essential)

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

A genuine love for early years education and a nurturing approach

The nursery offers flexibility - for example work 4 full days with a day off, or spread your hours over 5 days.
