Deputy Manager - Complex Care (Maternity )

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Deputy Manager to work with individuals with complex needs? Our client has a one year maternity cover contract role.

Responsibilities of the role:

1. To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
2. Assist with individual referrals
3. Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
4. Ability to work 2 weekends per month
5. Assist with management of staff

Requirements:

1. Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
2. NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Team player
5. Good organisational skills
6. Driver's license
7. Must be on call one weekend per month
