Hours: 40 hours per week - 24 hours Supernumerary/ 16 hours on the floor

Location: Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LX

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead of our award-winning client's care home, you’ll support the delivery of the quality care they are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You’ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. That includes leading by example, conducting regular audits, supervising clinical practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll set high standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.

ABOUT YOU

You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration and possess a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in managing residents with diverse health needs and handling safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments is essential. We also value HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management skills, and experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. Compassion, resilience, and determination to deliver quality care are crucial in our engaging environment.
