The team at Field Lodge Care Home has a great opportunity for a passionate and hands-on nurse to join as Clinical Deputy Manager.

What you'll do
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
  • Be the home's nurse expert, utilising your nursing skills along with managerial and leadership skills.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with the latest guidelines, making far-reaching decisions, and maintaining high standards of clinical governance through regular audits.
  • Develop care plans and assessments.
  • Conduct walk rounds.
  • Look after all residents alongside the team and offer personalised, person-centred care.
Who you are
  • An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), experienced in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
  • Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and driven to continuous improvement.
