Location: Holbeach

Salary: £33,600 - £34,800 + £3,250-£6,500 from sleep-ins per year

Contract: Full-time, 39 hours per week (shift-based)

Leader Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established children's residential care home supporting children and young people aged 8-18 with EBD.

This is a key role for someone with strong leadership ability, emotional resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home
  • Lead, motivate and supervise staff to maintain consistent, high standards of care
  • Act as a role model and source of support for the care team
  • Ensure care is child-focused, therapeutic, and in line with regulatory standards
  • Help drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a children's residential setting
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
  • Confident, calm and committed leadership style
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches
