Job summary

A leading social care provider is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in Verwood. The successful candidate will assist in managing the home and support the team in daily operations. Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and have prior experience in similar settings.

Qualifications

• Qualified Deputy Manager with NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Deputy Manager in a Residential Home preferred.
• Good understanding of Ofsted regulations.

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, as well as support the staff team woth daily tasks.

The Deputy Manager must have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent)
• Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
• Strong staff management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
