Deputy Manager - Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation
We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead, inspire, and support our teams across Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes.
You will work alongside the Registered Manager, championing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and building strong partnerships with key agencies in education, health, and policing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong leadership presence and a deep understanding of safeguarding, relational practice, and regulatory frameworks.
