Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person's daily life, supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure the home environment supports this by making staff and young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Challenges will arise, but so will small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best outcomes for these young people through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members, ensuring coordinated support for positive development.
Get out what you put in
By supporting daily operations, the team, and maintaining high standards, you help young people reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. We require a minimum of two years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.
