SGS-Care-Ltd in Salford is seeking a Deputy Manager for a new Children's Home caring for young people aged 8–18. You will support daily routines, help create a warm, homely environment and build strong relationships to promote safety and wellbeing.

The home features 2 beds and a 40-hour week with 24-hour shifts including an overnight sleep, and there will be a full staff build before opening to referrals, offering a chance to shape the home from the start.

Formación

• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and/or relevant experience
• Experience in residential childcare

Responsabilidades

• Support young people with daily routines and getting ready for school
• Plan and join activities such as park trips, film nights, creative projects and holidays
• Keep essential records and act as a positive role model for safeguarding and wellbeing
