A large children's residential care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager in Penrith. The role involves leading a team and providing care for children aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. You must have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care and at least 18 months of relevant experience. A full UK Driving Licence is required, and the position offers 5.6 weeks of annual leave and opportunities for professional development.

Salary: £38,150 per annum
Number of Sleeps Required: Every shift includes one sleep-in
Pay Per Sleep: Included in salary
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs aged 8–18, presenting with EBD and LD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or SCQF Level 7 equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 18 months in a children’s residential care setting
