Pay rate: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum. Sleep-in payments are additional, at £60 per sleep-in.

Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (including sleep-ins). Our service operates 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Children receive high-quality residential care and participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema visits, swimming, and sports.
