Esland is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team in Hull and East Yorkshire. This role involves providing nurturing and supportive care to children, as well as overseeing their welfare and development. Candidates should hold a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare and have experience in children’s care. Pay rate: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum. Sleep-in payments are additional, at £60 per sleep-in.
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (including sleep-ins). Our service operates 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.
