Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Bradford - BD16
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per annum + performance-related bonus + sleep allowance
Working Hour: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway or Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care within the last 5 years
Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for…
- A passionate and motivated leader with experience in residential childcare
- Someone able to support a Registered Manager and lead a team by example
- A candidate with strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- A person confident with performance management, auditing, care planning and leading shift teams
- Must have experience working in a residential children's home (Ofsted regulated)
Sponsorship is not available. Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
