Overview

Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Children's Home. Provide care and support to children and young people with diverse backgrounds and needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Support and guide care staff in delivering high-quality, individualised care. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with external professionals and families. Build positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and partnership. Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying and implementing improvements as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications
