  • Managing medication protocols and clinical governance to maintain compliance and quality
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to uphold care standards and encourage professional development
  • Supporting the Home Manager with resource planning, budgeting, and operational strategy
  • Acting as Deputy Manager in the Home Manager's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care and leadership

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and the five pillars of quality care: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led
  • A proactive, compassionate leader who thrives in a team-focused environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an RGN or RMN ready to step into a Deputy Manager role where your clinical expertise and leadership will make a real difference. If you're committed to delivering exceptional care and want to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
