As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will provide specialist support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise/coaching colleagues to deliver a service characterized by empathy for resident issues.
