A prestigious Care Provider is searching for a Deputy Home Manager for their learning disabilities care home in Lowestoft. This role involves leading the care staff, overseeing care plans, and ensuring high-quality service delivery, while prioritizing resident engagement and staff development.

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: 14.50 hour - Full Time - Days
Reporting to: Home Manager
We're proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for a talented Deputy Residential Home Manager to oversee the care staff and take the lead in the absence of the Home Manager for one of their LD care homes.
They support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs using the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model of care.
By leading from the front and acting as a role model, you will help with training and supervising of the care staff, supporting the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents, ensuring care plans and daily records are maintained.
You will be an effective communicator, liaising with the residents' families and external organisations. You will model best practices and support staff in consistently applying the PBS approach in their daily work.
