Clinical Deputy Manager – Care Home

Location: Fort William

Position: Deputy Manager

Care Categories: Nursing care for older adults

Salary: £53,722 – £56,010 per annum (based on a 44-hour contract)

Hours: Full time

Contract type: Permanent

As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure the care provided exceeds professional standards and legal requirements. You will provide specialist support, take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervise colleagues to ensure empathetic and high-quality service.

The Care Home is registered for 40 residents, offering nurse and dementia care, with good inspection ratings.
