Are you an ambitious manager looking for a highly autonomous role, where you will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager?

Are you seeking an employer that will invest in your development and help you progress to a General Manager within twelve to eighteen months?

As a Deputy Manager for our client, you will be at the heart of the customer and team experience, taking responsibility for the centre when the General Manager is absent.

The role is varied, exciting, and challenging. Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team on shift, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers, and being hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.

In our client's fast-paced, dynamic environment, Deputy Managers are trained across all areas to support effective business operations. You will assist the General Manager with back-of-house duties and manage front-of-house operations, including delivering financial targets and maintaining service standards.

To be successful, you should have:

  • At least eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail industries
  • Proven ability to meet financial targets and drive sales
  • A passion for people, with experience coaching and developing teams
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Ambition for success
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
