Jarrodean Healthcare invites applications for a Band 6 Deputy Manager position in Guernsey's Complex Residential Home. Applications are invited from committed and experienced Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, or Social Workers to join the Complex Residential Home team as Band 6 Deputy Manager within the Adult Learning Disabilities Service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
This Home provides support for five Service Users with varying degrees of learning disabilities, sensory and physical disabilities within a community setting, including those who require 24-hour care.
The Guernsey Band 6 salary range is £46,152 to £62,310, plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements: 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/Bank Holidays. Annual leave starts at 36 days, up to 42 days, with full credit for NHS or Local Authority service for annual and sick leave.
