Miller & Carter – Aughton, part of Mitchells & Butler s plc, seeks a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest experience.

You’ll lead a team, drive training, and uphold service standards to create memorable dining occasions. The role offers progression, staff discounts, and benefits within a supportive restaurant group.
