Flares & Popworld, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead and inspire the team, delivering outstanding guest experiences at Middlesbrough's premier venue.

In this role you will support the General Manager, maintain standards and procedures, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where guests feel valued. 18+ for alcohol sales; disability adjustments available on request.
