Deputy Manager Join a High-Performing Team in a Dual Needs Home
Location: Swindon Salary: £32,000 £35,000 + Sleep-in Payments (up to £38,276 total)

We re recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 5-bed home in Swindon that supports children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). With a stable, experienced staff team and strong leadership in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to focus on quality care and meaningful leadership.

About the Role:

You ll be working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding care for up to 5 children currently 3 in placement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a confident, high-performing staff team

  • Promoting therapeutic, person-centred care in line with Ofsted standards

  • Overseeing shift planning, staff development, and care planning

  • Supporting safeguarding, compliance, and day-to-day home management

  • While occasional sleep-ins may be required, they are not guaranteed due to strong staffing levels
