A leading care provider in Swansea is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the management of care services. This role involves ensuring high standards of care, motivating staff, and maintaining compliance with care regulations. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience and relevant qualifications. The position offers a full-time contract with opportunities for professional development and a strong focus on employee wellbeing.
Hours: Full-time, 41.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in leading the day-to-day running of the service. You will ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for the people we support, while motivating and developing your team to deliver person-centred care in line with regulatory frameworks and organisational values.
You will play a key role in quality assurance, team management, rota planning, and maintaining compliance with CIW and RISCA standards.
