Job description

Location: Swansea, SA1 6HD

Hours: Full-time, 41.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in leading the day-to-day running of the service. You will ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for the people we support, while motivating and developing your team to deliver person-centred care in line with regulatory frameworks and organisational values.

You will play a key role in quality assurance, team management, rota planning, and maintaining compliance with CIW and RISCA standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience working with adults with complex needs, learning disabilities or autism
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant care regulations and quality frameworks
  • Confident using IT systems and managing care records
Desirable Skills
  • Experience managing rotas and commissioned hours
  • Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Full UK driving licence or reliable access to transport
