The Role

The Care Home is a busy, family-run 35-bedded dual-registered home with a strong reputation for quality care. They are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join their team and work closely with their long-standing, highly experienced Home Manager, who has mentored and developed three of their current Registered Managers.

This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in both personal care delivery and supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations. When working on the floor, you will be the Person in Charge, confidently leading staff and supporting their nursing team (no clinical background required).
