Job summary

Kids Planet Garden House in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day nursery operations, support the manager, and ensure high standards of care. You will build warm relationships with families, collaborate with external agencies, and bring the EYFS to life in an engaging, safe environment for every child.

With Level 3 early years qualification, strong safeguarding knowledge, and proven leadership, you’ll inspire your team and uphold the nursery’s values of care and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the manager to help with all areas of running the nursery, day to day.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and work with outside agencies to support each child’s growth and wellbeing.
• Guide and support the nursery team, keeping children safe and bringing EYFS to life in an engaging way.

How you’ll make a difference as a Deputy Manager:

What a Deputy Manager Needs
