Job summary

Home Bargains on Botley Road, Oxford is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, model strong customer service, and drive sales performance. You’ll be hands-on, supporting your team to deliver great service in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll coach staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure the store runs smoothly while developing the next generation of Home Bargains leaders. A collaborative, busy setting awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving high weekly sales targets.
• Experience managing a varied range of retail categories.
• Strong understanding of store operations, performance management and customer service.

• This role and location qualifies for a £3,000 FTE Regional Allowance. This allowance is non-contractual and non-transferable.
