The Protective Care Group is seeking passionate Support Workers to step into Deputy Manager roles. In this leadership position, you will foster a positive team environment, guide exceptional care delivery to young people, and manage daily operations. Ideal candidates should have experience in care, with opportunities for training and progression.

That’s thousands of children who do not have access to the care and support they need to thrive, thousands of children being let down repeatedly and thousands of children who are misunderstood and labelled as a ‘naughty child’.

We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated Support Workers who are eager to take the exciting leap into a Deputy Manager position!
In this role, you’ll be leading the delivery of exceptional to our young people, whilst also creating an encouraging and supportive environment for your team to learn, develop and excel in their roles.
As with all our field based roles, you will be placed in a team anywhere within the North East of England so flexibility in travel and staying away from home is essential.
