Description

Are you ready to be part of a transformative new service that's redefining mental health care? We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team on a part-time basis working 22.5 hours per week.

We're excited to launch a 26-bed nurse-led residential service designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care. Located within the serene grounds of Burton Park, this innovative model offers a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment with 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitative support.

What you'll be doing
  • Working as Senior Nurse ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families and visitors.
  • Applying relevant policies and statutory requirements within the framework of governance and communicating requirements to the wider team.
  • Ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment and that statutory requirements are met.
  • Respects and applies the requirements of diversity and inclusion, promoting and role modelling these across the team.
What you’ll bring to the role

  • At least 18 months – 2 years' experience post-registration with demonstrable expertise within a clinical specialty.
