Job summary

Bright Horizons East Barnet Nursery & Preschool in London is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a warm, regulated setting with a focus on safeguarding and development. You will mentor staff, oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to occupancy growth and budget management.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Deputy Manager or similar).
• Experience participating in regulatory inspections and achieving outcomes (Good/Outstanding).

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing day to day running of the nursery and management of safeguarding and child protection policies.
