As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the operational success of one of our most successful and fast-paced stores. Working alongside your Store Manager, you will lead by example, supporting a large team to achieve key targets that drive store success.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service and coaching your team to do the same.
2. Helping deliver daily, weekly, and yearly store targets, ensuring your team understands their goals.
3. Reviewing store performance and implementing action plans to address challenges.
4. Ensuring store opening and closing procedures are followed with the help of key holders.
5. Assisting with staff rotas and managing stock inventory to minimize loss.
6. Coaching and mentoring staff to encourage development and success.
7. Participating in recruitment to build a talented and passionate team.
