Qualifications

  • Proven senior management experience and leadership skills.
  • Deputy Manager experience or extensive senior/leadership experience is required.
  • Ability to develop the service and enhance the quality of life of residents.

Responsibilities

Deputy Care Centre Manager at Ridgeway Care Centre

33 hours per week + 5.5 hours supernumerary

About the Home:
Job Role:

The successful candidate will have proven senior experience, be able to lead and manage a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager.

You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care—continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance quality of life.

Positively influence the reputation of the home by communicating professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Deputy Manager experience or extensive senior/leadership experience.
