Deputy Manager – Location: PL4. Contract type: Full Time, permanent.

Responsibilities
  • As Deputy Manager, you will be part of the leadership team, providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.
  • Together with the Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safety of all and you'll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
  • The sense of fun you bring helps make things happen and supports a positive, collaborative working environment.
