If you're ready for your next challenge and want to help build something truly special, we'd love to hear from you.
These values underpin every aspect of our service and leadership approach.
Interviews will be held on 29th October 2026. We operate a guaranteed interview scheme for applicants that can show they meet all the essential criteria and have indicated they have a disability, are a looked after young person, care leaver or a veteran.
This is a unique opportunity to help create and lead a service that will make a real difference to young people's lives.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to see the lasting impact your leadership has on young people as they develop confidence, independence and hope for the future.
