Julian’s House is located in Stevenage Old Town, Hertfordshire. It offers residential support for six males who are autistic. The house is situated on a semi-residential road, within walking distance to the Old Town and industrial area.

Our team is dedicated to promoting independence and life skills to help the people we support live fulfilling lives, as independently as possible. We aim for them to achieve goals they previously thought unachievable.

Job Location Description

As a Deputy Manager, you will be confident in making autonomous decisions and collaborative enough to work as part of a team. Ideally, you will have significant Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate commitment to personal development and to developing your team.

You should be caring, professional, reliable, and able to build strong working relationships. In return, you will receive support from outstanding nurse leaders, market-leading pay, and opportunities for career progression.

This role involves 20 hours of on-the-floor support and 20 hours of supernumerary work.
