Job summary

Bella Italia is looking for a Deputy Manager to lead a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences. This role requires taking ownership during shifts, training staff, and maintaining high safety standards while driving profitability.

You will guide operations, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive, welcoming workplace that supports colleagues and guests alike.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an amazing guest experience- Ensure every visit to Bella Italia is memorable.
• Take ownership & accountability – Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead & motivate the team – Build a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members.
• Ensure restaurant safety & standards – Keep operations legal, safe, and efficient.
• Be commercially aware – Understand how decisions impact the business and help drive performance & profitability.
