Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a welcoming team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant. You will drive performance, inspire your team, and ensure safe, compliant operations while keeping a sharp eye on commercial results.

The role offers a 45-hour contract with a quarterly bonus and opportunities to earn Tronc, plus generous staff discounts and wellbeing support. Training through funded apprenticeships in Hospitality Management (Level 4) is available.
