A leading healthcare provider in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care. The role involves leading a team, supporting staff development, and managing day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have experience in adult social care, ideally in a leadership position, and strong understanding of CQC standards. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and various benefits, including 31 days annual leave.
Shifts: Full-time 42 hours per week (5 days a week on a rota basis)
PayRate: £13.70 per hour / £29,920.80 per annum
The Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. The role will help lead the team, support staff development, manage day-to-day operations, and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
This is a hands-on role, working actively across the rota on the floor, with designated time allocated to office-based responsibilities. The successful candidate will support adults with various needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health, helping them to flourish in a place they call home.
