Overview

Deputy Service Manager - Eastleigh - £33,501 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, prepare reports, and assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day service management.
  • Take part in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
