Priory Supported Living West Midlands is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.
Our main office is located in Kingswinford, but this role will require you to travel regularly to Stoke-on-Trent and across the wider Staffordshire region. For this reason, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
Priory Supported Living West Midlands provides supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to residents’ wellbeing. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. The role will involve working in an office environment and on the floor supporting individuals. You must be willing to be flexible with your working hours covering evenings and occasional night shifts as well as rotating on call duties.
