A dedicated care organization in Doncaster is seeking a Deputy Manager for their children's residential home. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience in a similar setting. This temporary position offers ongoing training and the chance to join a supportive team focused on nurturing young people with learning disabilities. The role provides opportunities to grow into a Registered Manager position in the future.
Job Title: Deputy Manager (Children’s Residential – LD)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £33,280 per annum (based on 40 hours/week at £16.00/hour)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £16.00
Number of Sleeps Required: n/a
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities (LD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent as recognised by Ofsted)
Experience in Years Required: Must have experience in a children’s residential setting
Employment Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover – 9 Months, with potential for extension)
