About The Role
As Deputy Manager of a residential home, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in line with Ofsted requirements. Your responsibilities include leading and supervising staff, managing rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development.
You will maintain accurate records, oversee care planning, safeguard residents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. You will liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence. Additionally, you will assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
