Job summary

Bright Horizons St Johns Wood Day Nursery & Preschool seeks an inspirational Deputy Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality early years care and education in St John's Wood, London.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee daily operations, safeguard policies, and collaborate with parents and professionals to support children's development while driving occupancy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification or higher is required.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Deputy/Assistant/Third in charge or similar).
• Experience leading regulatory inspections with positive outcomes (Good/Outstanding).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of child protection law.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing day to day running of the nursery and management of safeguarding and child protection policies.
