A leading care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their nursing home in London to support the Home Manager. The ideal candidate should be caring and self-motivated, with experience in a nursing environment. Responsibilities include leading staff and providing high-quality personalized care to residents. This role offers training opportunities and support for NMC revalidation.

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of Princess Louise of Kensington helping to lead a team of Care professionals with passion and commitment. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.

You will have previous experience in a nursing setting. Along with a Valid NMC Pin.
