A care provider in London is seeking a deputy manager to ensure high standards of care for young people. This role involves managing staff and resources, assisting in achieving service objectives, and direct work with the youth. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and experience in residential care is preferable. Salary for a deputy manager ranges from £35,000 to £47,500 depending on experience. Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (flexibility to cover other shifts when necessary), holidays, and on call duty shared with other managers over weekends.
