Slug And Lettuce, a Stonegate Pub in Edinburgh, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role sits at Slug And Lettuce on George Street, just off Princes Street, and offers the chance to drive performance in a vibrant environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to implement our vision, drive standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests and staff.
